1. Research on the clinical effects of capsules
“Trinh nu hoang cung” in the treatment of benign enlargement of prostate.
The perspective clinical trial method was used in this study, with a comparison
of the result before and after the treatment of 52 patients with benign
prostatic hypertrophy. The study has proved the effect of th Trinh nu hoang
cung capsule in improving rapidly urinary disorders. After two months of
treatment the ratio of patients with good and moderate results were 96,1%.
The capsule has no side effects neither on clinical study nor on paraclinical
study.
2. Study on the effects of At Can Ninh in the
treatment of chronic hepatitis.
We used Atcanninh in the treatment of Chronic hepatitis B. The results showed
that: Atcaninh reduced fast some of clinical symptoms and rapidly recovered the
blodd levels of SGOT. SGPT and Bilirubin after treatment 2 or 3 weeks. The
concentrations of HbsAg, HBV-DNA and the rate of seroconverstaion in the study
group were higher than those in the control group. Atcanninh is safe and has
not side effects.
3. A clinical trial to treat cerebrovascular accident
– induced aphasia by combining tongue acupuncture with scalp acupuncture.
Aphasia is most common symptom in Cerebrovascular Accident (CVA). In this
dissertation. The tongue acupuncture together with scalp acupuncture were usued
to treat the above symptom. The patients under treatment were divided in to
three groups:
- The frist group: Using tongue acupuncture (TA)
- The second group: Using scalp acupuncture (HA)
- The third group: Combinating, TA and HA.
